So, Black Mesa's faces are old and wrinkly professors that can't seem to do anything right, while Aperture's face is an atheltic, flexible (somewhat) scantily clad woman in (what is technically) stylish and classy high-heels doing somersaults and backflips and stuff.

It is obvious who is superiour.
